Senator Romney announced changes to his communications staff.

Following a recommendation by Senator Romney, President Biden has announced his intent to nominate Ann Marie McIff Allen to serve as United States District Court Judge for the District of Utah. Judge Allen is a graduate of Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School and was appointed to the Fifth District Court—serving Iron, Beaver, and Washington counties—in August 2020 by Governor Gary R. Herbert.

Senators Romney, Padilla (D-CA), and Feinstein (D-CA) reintroduced the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games Commemorative Coin Act, legislation to support and commemorate the 2028 Games set to take place in Los Angeles, California exactly five years from today. The House version of this bill is led by Representative Sherman (D-CA).
